    Works good not great

    The belt works best for me by lying down and using it to decompress my bad discs at night. It is not comfortable to wear while walking around. Its narrow width lets it slide around and move while you're moving. Overall worth the 35.00 I payed for it,I believe this is the first generation HO belt the newer ones may be better. It does help and thats whats important if you're in pain.

    Unexplainable awesomeness

    My wife was having sciatic nerve pain for months. I bought this and within minutes she had no more agonizing pain. Anyone whos had sciatic nerve problems knows how nagging it could be. She wore it for days. Not sleeping in it obviously, but pain has been gone now n she hasnt worn it for about a week. Super awesome fix for sciatic problems
