Buying experience was great. best offer was accepted, courteous communication, shipping fast, and item looked nice and was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. Unfortunately the large ceramic insulator was broken on arrival-shipping mishandling. I would respectfully suggest loose, deep packing materials along with the tight bubble wrap. Also the box was labeled “heavy”. I wonder if the label “fragile” or “handle with care“ might be more effective. Much thanks to you!
