I reached the seller to ask specifically about condition of the item. Unfortunately, the condition issues I asked about were not accurate. Then the seller didn’t want to settle… instead insisting I file a claim with eBay, repack the item and go to post office. All this when I asked specific questions about the condition prior to purchasing. A Complete waste of time. I do not find the Seller reliable to accurately convey the condition.

Buyer was extensively advised of condition, including small gouges. Purchased anyway. Was dissatisfied once received. Insisted on a refund & on keeping the item. We do NOT issue refunds without the return of an item. Which we pay for. Processing the situation through eBay was the fairest way to proceed.
