Awful experience. SELLER says NO RETURNS for a reason! I received a dress that was not “New without tags” as described. There are multiple yellow stains on the dress, the sleeves were very dingy, and the dress was also very faded.
I did reach out to the seller with pictures showing the stains, only to be basically accused of lying about the condition of the dress. I sent pictures showing one of the biggest spots/ stains was actually present in the listing photos.
