    low Lumosity very cloudy.

    I put this screen up and took my 19" down thinking that this would be great for my PC, but it turned out to be bad quality. The image or the whole screen was cloudy, I tried to adjust the brightness not changed at all, I ended up bringing my old screen back up and taking this down. I may give it away because it doesn't work the way I wanted it.

    Great value for a good basic monitor.

    Good, basic monitor. I know this was a refurbished unit. (I actually seek out refurbished equipment because you can usually get great value.) I was surprised, though, the the screen had a small series of scratches. More of a blemish than a screen distraction.
