I had a camera like this till I lost it and was really bummed. It was the first digital I bought and refurbed by Kodak. It has a very friendly setup and intuitive settings. It got some great pictures but still needed more practice with lighting. I didn't use the easyshare software but just retrived the driver form the CD and copied the pictures to my PC. It even took some good video but you can't pan too quickly. I do have a minor complaint about the video and that is that on playback I found nose created by my hands on the camera. It is very difficult to minimize this. Guess I should read the manual. By the way, guess that demonstrates how easy this camera is to use. This is a great camera for a starter. A better camera to buy for generally the same price is the CX7530. The big difference in this camera is that it has 32MG of internal memory. This is the replacement I bought and I would recommend it more than this CX7525.Read full review
I think this camera offers a VERY slow response to the user. Unless you plan on photographing still life, I wouldn't bother owning this camera. I had zero luck in capturing pictures of anything in "action". It almost seemed as tho I had to click the button 2 or 3 times for it to snap the photo. Althought it did produce decent quality photos and easy to use multiple camera settings. Kodak makes many quality cameras, I just don't know if this is one of them.
Much sharper, detailed pictures than I expected. Make sure the battery charger feature works. Will work with AA alkaline's but I'm told it's power hungry.
Great camera. Works just as expected. I like the ease of this cammera. I had an Older version, the CX7330 and thiese cameras take great pictures. So very easy to use. Kodak has been around for a lot of years. Thanks for the dependability.
I bought this camera new with the entire Easyshare printing unit. Had problems from day one and Kodak troubleshooting only sent auto responses to my emails. Complete waste. My daughter bought a used one and it lasted about 4 months. The shutter wouldnt open anymore and it wouldnt always take pic on first click....same as mine.I have talked to others that call it a "disposable camera"
