This was ontime, although it is used (I knew that), CD does not appear to have scratches, so it seems in good shape. I have not watched it yet, so I can't review the content.

I am a huge fan of Toby Keith and I needed this video for my collection. Toby tells it like it is. I saw him in concert this summer and he puts on an amazing show.
