I have suffered with Colitis and IBS. My doctor told me to increase my "insoluble fiber" and I did. What resulted was a nightmare of gas, cramps, pain, and hard, bulky stools. I took your advice and dumped the insoluble and switch primarily to soluble fiber. I bought the Tummy Care and along with the Fennel Tea I got relief in about 24 hours.
