    CPU was damaged.

    The product arrived packed in bubble wrap (good), but the CPU was loose inside the wrap (bad) and evidently bouncing around while in the truck. The CPU pins were bent and it wouldn't fit in the socket. So, since the CPU is normally locked down in the slot, why wasn't it locked down??
