  • Good Printer Bad Wireless

The printer itself is great. Printing quality is just as good as paying someone else to do it. However, I always have to plug my laptop up to the printer as the wireless does not work as well as portrayed. I bought this printer specifically for the wireless printing but I have yet to get this to work properly. I have tried all suggestions to make this work better and nothing has worked. Maybe you will have better luck!

  • Kodak outperforms Canon in ink cost, reliability, and features.

I replaced a Canon inkjet printer MG6420 which was I believe the cheapest built piece of excrement ever assembled. This Kodak printer is sooo much better. It has a paper tray, a secondary feed, the ink costs less than half what Canon charges, the quality is outstanding, and I don't have to walk over to it and pull down the door every time I want to print to it. The Canon I had was a warranty replacement for a printer I bought about a year earlier. It was however the worst printer I ever saw. Canon refused to replace my printer with the same model, and instead sent me a piece of garbage. I love this Kodak printer and will NEVER again buy anything with the name Canon on it. Do yourself a favor stay away from Canon desktop inkjet printers the first went bad the second was so poorly built ...

  • Absolutely the WORST printer I have ever owned !!!

Horrible printer! Don't waste your money on this piece of crap from a company that has filed for bankruptcy and will likely disappear. Multiple problems: (1) I cannot get more than 10 copies to print before the ink cartridge is drained! Kodak says it's the print heads: They have sent me two sets of print heads and I still cannot print more than 10 copies of an ordinary document on plain paper before the ink is completely gone! (2) Wireless connectivity problems abound. After I have had the printer on for more than 30 minutes, it drops its connection with my wireless network. If I want to print something, I have to turn the printer off and on again and then reboot my PC. Yes, I have all the firmware and software updates installed. (3) I have a Samsung wireless laser ...

  • Kodak 7250 printer review; problems

First, having been calling their help line almost every day since received, and getting longer & longer wait-times, or more recently continually hung up on - I contacted Kodak tech-service. While the technician took-over operation of my PC he informed me that it was not their printer mal-functioning, but the fault of my PC and for $39.95 he could correct all those faults! The only reason I purchased the unit was to save on ink costs over my Canon 2600, which I am able to print directly from every sector of my PC with effortlessly. I've switched back! I believe Kodak is a "rip-off", besides its seeming in-ability to print almost everything I tried... and a company asking for money to fix a computer to work with their system is a disgrace to the fine old Kodak name. Admittedly, had it ...

  • The best home use Printer,Scanner,Copier.

I bought this 7250 Kodak for my Sister-in-Law, I have the older 5300. We both like the ink prices, and being able to print photo's,copy, scan to card without the computer,I highly recommend these printers to anyone that is buying a printer, why buy a 25 dollar printer and pay 50 to 75 dollars for ink when you can get a Kodak new with a full tank of ink for a few dollars more and fill it again for under 30 dollars.I had a L-----k 12-- printer, scanner paid $28 no ink,and put $47 for a 1/2 tank each ink cartridge, had to keep computer on to use it(my computer stays on only (1) 24hr period per week for updates). We both like the wireless capability of the 7250,the different size photo paper it can use. If my old 5300 ever dies I will definately get a Kodak printer to replace it.
