Prompt. Arrived earlier than expected. They said it would arrive by that Friday. It arrived earlier on that Wednesday. It's refurbished, but works just fine. No technological hiccups, and no severe visible or known cosmetic blemishes. It is what it says it is, and it does what it says it does. If there are any issues I have, they can't be blamed on the seller. They probably have something to do with the way the radio was originally manufactured and aren't major enough to warrant a return. ��

What a fantastic experience from the seller, item as described, it's basically brand new and came with original box and accessories. Shipping was super fast to Canada BC only 3 days wow, did pay 20 fee but that's basically the tax if bought here in Canada. I would definitely buy again. 5 star
