I remain unconvinced its OEM. Toshiba quit making laptops a while ago. Why would they still make batteries for laptops? And there are a few differences in barcodes, stickers, slight structural variations etc. But it fits great, works and nothing has exploded or caught fire so at this point I'm calling it a win.
