Nice saw and great kit that comes with it. Like others commented the photos in the manual are useless; they are tiny and grainy. It went together fairly easy and then I realized I forgot the claw thing. Thought they forgot to include the screws but I heard something rolling around in the empty black bag. And it was the two black screws totally invisible! Need to break it in a little but it seems to cut well. May need a slight carb adjustment. Thumbs up.

You get what you pay for, right? This little saw fires up easily, runs really well but still breaking it in so she’s running rich. It’s a 25cc light weight saw that will let me climb to remove trees on my own property. I have name brand saws for felling and bucking but for the amount of use this will see, it’s perfect. The bad… 4 screws fell out of it when I first started it in my garage. The screw holes were stripped from the factory. I grabbed some from my own cabinet and it’s fixed.

Great little saw, got it put together in a few minutes, a couple of pulls later I was off to the races. Tested it on a few small trees about 6" in diameter, quick work limbing them and cutting down and up. Super light, good power. 25:1 fuel was a little different, but no problem with the included fuel jug. The only negative was the file was broke, but still usable, plus I have many more. Great little saw, hopefully it'll hold up over time.

This was actually my second identical saw purchased in the last month- I liked the other one so well, and its amazing ease of starting, that I bought an extra- they came in super handy while cleaning up after the recent high wind event in Houston!! I have owned Husqvarnas for years, and still do, but these are definitely worth the money!

    Neotec Top Handle Saw

    I believe the saw is a great value to cut small branches after a tree is down.. has good RPM and lightweight. So far i have used it for several hours over the course of several days. I believe i will be purchasing a larger CC NeoTec saw later in the year since this one seems to be better than i expected for the price.

    Neotech 12 inch chainsaw

    Nice little saw, started on the 3rd pull. Haven't cut any wood with it yet. Only complaint is the owners manual, the pictures are really hard to see and I could not find any mention about the primer bulb and how many time to press it. Can't wait to use it!!!

    Happy so far, can't beat the price.

    Received the saw today, put it together gassed it up, and started on the 3rd pull. Let it warm up and cut some branches and wood with it. Good power, really light, cut nicely, bar oiler works. Time will tell if it starts and runs consistently but I'll take my chances, better than forking out $400+ for a name-brand top handle saw.
