The seller was very straight forward and contacted me after the purchase to make sure I knew what I was buying and i completely agreed to buy them and 100% knew what i was purchasing. That being said, if you're thinking of getting some of these to repair, they are not repairable. You might get lucky and get some in better condition but i was not that lucky.     Images are sharp at focus point even at 2.8 wide open. The VC is such a lifesaver. What a value for the features and solid build. Best choice I ever did for this focal length.
