    High quality, powerful oven with many great cook options - but touchpad is a PAIN. Also of note regarding install - it's HEAVY!

    Fantastic high powered oven. Even when not using convection, everything cooks faster, but always very evenly. Love, love, love my oven....... EXCEPT for the touch pad (+/- for timer/clock) - this drives me crazy. Doesn't advance time in equal increments...... you end up going past intended time setting and then have to back it up ..... back & forth until you get to intended setting..... it's maddening. Touch pad for this is SUCH a disappointment, when it has such nice knobs for other settings. Some technologies are great, but some are just STUPID. (Touchpads on kitchen appliances is a terrible idea from the start). I'm still working out little tricks for the sensitive touchpad.... I'll get better at this dumb game I have to play with digital controls. Otherwise...... SPECTACULAR OVEN & ...

    Nice looking and functional

    Bosch is not immune to have problems. My previous problem relates to its computer chips board. The replacement part is not cheap either. Not sure if the problem relates to the chips components. Nevertheless I had expected a longer life than just 6 years. It functions as expected with temperature accuracy as expected from a German manufacturer. Bosch priorities include looks as well. Many products/parts are made in China and this unit has many, if not all its components made in China. It is hard not to like a Bosch. I have therefore decided to buy another Bosch wall oven.
