    Teaching your baby to Sign

    I love the intro. It is very easy to read, yet extremely informative as to why we should teach our babies to learn to speak in sign language. There isn't anything I didn't like about it. I bought it because I have been teaching my now seven month old Granddaughter ASL and wanted "baby signs." This book did not disappoint me. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to teach their baby ASL. I only disagree with one point. I believe that you can begin signing to your baby from day two weeks old on, as I have with Autumn. She has not signed her first sign, yet. However, she recognizes and responds to many signs. She especially responds to a silent, signed, "no." Also, "stop!,", "talk to momma, dada, grandma, etc.." She can't talk like we do, of course, but she opens her mouth and then sounds do ...

    Easy way to stimulate learning!!!

    This book is not all about the author patting themself on the back. It is an easy quick read that is to the point. My cousin taught her baby sign language and the baby was able to make a few simple signs before her 1st birthday. What a great way for parents to help their little ones begin to contect with the world!!! My baby is only 5 months, and I am hoping to begin using a few signs really soon!!!!

    Baby Signs Made Easy

    This book is easy to use and helpful. I was doubtful at first but it really is a great product. They make it fun and simple. You'll be "conversing" in no time. I highly recommend this to anyone willing to enhance their parenting experience.

    Very Informative

    The author gives his own experience accounts and has actually dealt with trying to teach a child to sign and succeeding. I let on of my co-workers borrow it because hi baby is due soon and i thought he'd enjoy it and he still has yet to give it back, he wants to try and read it as many times as possible to be able to teach his son how to sign even though that isn't possibe for serveral more moneths. The book really gives you hope and makes you excited to have your baby signing and communicating with you before they can speak.

    Excellent product.

    Although we haven't mastered it yet it's a good buy. The little ones can communicate before they learn to talk and it helps to know what they want, even if it's just the basics.
