Yes, it's the genuine Sony product, and it works very well. You will love it, after a few weeks of adjustment, but that's necessary with all HA, I am told. Typical Sony -- high quality plastics and clever design. Seller was a great communicator .

So far it works OK. A feedback from experience in hearing aids with non-chargeable batteries...my Sony gives a feedback (audio noise) every say ten minutes when the battery is getting weak (which is good) so I can get ready to replace it. That's all for now. Aloha, Robin Yamada
