bad product and very bad seller! I received the product and it does not work. I feel very bad. I asked for a refund, but the seller won't pay the return shipping fee, even though he has to. They haven't refunded the price of the bad product, and they don't want to. Ebay wrote to me that I should get my money back, but they wrote a message that they cannot refund the price of the wrong product and the postage.

We have tried to help this buyer with their product but the buyer escalated the ebay case, ebay have now closed the case and refunded us both without warning. We think the issue was with the memory card used (not supplied by us) or buyer was not using correctly. Sorry you felt you needed to add negative feedback but we have tried our best to help you.
