It's seems there are lots of damaged whiteboards in the stock they have (see other feedback). First one arrived with damage (whiteboard surface creased and back metal crumpled), but the thin packaging was intact (via Evri). They offered a 50% refund which I declined as I wanted an item in new condition. They sent another board (Royal Mail this time) which was fine.
