A refund was accomplished with no problems. As far as the product goes it was well made. Unfortunately, it did not fit although it was the largest size they had. It is obvious that this item is made in Asia for an Asian body, not an American body. Our bodies are longer, wider, and larger muscle mass. It would be a fine product for someone is slight of build - male or female. If you are a male weighing in at 215 lbs. it just isn't going to fit. Seller seems fine and reliable.

I'm leaving a positive review even though I'm mostly neutral about it. The thing is way smaller than what the picture shows but I'm guessing that's more on the side of the manufacturer than the distributor? Anyways I got the XL size and it does work when I set it up higher towards my chest rather than my lower back. The velcro is decent enough even though the material is thin and needs to be stretched. For $10 it's not bad it's just like any other short back brace.
