I bought it a spare one. Alone, this device (as similar others) does not provide significant support for your back, but it serves as a a very good supporting frame for the rolled up bath towel placed behind it (at the level of your lumbars). The quality of the materials is good and (just a thought) additional plastic plate with small knobs should give some air between your back and the frame, which maybe helpful in hot summers. I gave 4 stars for the frame quality, not its purpose.
