This person made an offer on one of my sticks saying that they wanted to purchase 3 sticks each at the same price. I agreed to the price since he was purchasing 3 sticks. I asked him to make the same offer on the other 2 sticks wanted. He then changed and said just send him 2 sticks and he did not want the stick he had purchased. I refunded his purchase and asked him to make acceptable offers on the sticks he wanted. And the reply is negative feedback???
