    BIOFREEZE is quick and very effective!

    I've been using BIOFREEZE for over ten years for charlie horses, bad leg cramps and especially for cramps in my hands at night. I wake up in pain and I rub this stuff on and back to sleep I go. No matter if its a leg cramp,hand cramp you just rub it on and normally within minutes the pain is gone. It works for me. I carry one in my gym bag,one next to my bed,and another in the pool shed, I dive into the pool and automatically I get a charlie horse in my right calf muscle. Climb out wipe calf and rub BIOFREEZE on and within minutes its gone no more pain.

    Easy to use! Much better than the spray!

    I have tried the aerosol spray Biofreeze, but didn't like the "running down my leg," (One can didn't even spray at all...lost my $$$) The role on seemed to be better and I can feel some relief from the knee pain...time will tell!!
