The fifth follow up film in the series sees new comer Henry Turner try to find if it is possible to bring his father Will Turner back from the depths. He finds out that there is a trident with magical powers that can unlock his father from his present doom. Henry enlists the services on Captain Barbosa for this mission. Along the way they meet up with Captain jack Sparrow and co. There is also the chance meeting with Captain Barbosa's daughter and old enemy Captain Salazar and they are all after the same thing.
