The seller sent me a turtle beach headset with a broken mic. He said for me to keep it and he will send me another set and for me to keep the broken mic headset. I got the 2nd headset and it was in pieces. I reached out to have him refund me, but to my surprised, radio silent on his end. Resolution to fix the 1st issue was quick, but after the 2nd set, nowhere to be found. Very bad seller. Now I have both turtle beach headset that is a $45 paperweight. Buyer BEWARE. Never buy from this seller.
