In the description it said they were NEW shoes. I spoke to the person via chat to confirm it because I saw some stains on the shoes in the photos. She told me that they were stains because they were close to other shoes but that they were new. I just received them and that's not the case, they have internal wear stains, on the sole, and on the back metal part there are scratches.

This person is 100% lying. We take photos of everything we send out just before shipping (date and time stamped) for this very reason. We have reported this account and will go through the eBay process to rectify this issue.
