I was able to replace key and make it work as it was for Christmas. On positive the Laptop was well wrapped and packaged. With new key installed the laptop works well.

Plain and simple....I purchase this item because of the description. I wanted everything the post said it had....including a 31" monitor. I received a box large enough for the mini. I contacted this seller...and the response was it doesn't come with a monitor. I begged to differ and sent a screenshot of the post....no reply. They falsely padded the post to get the sale. Beware of this one...
