    Good device/not thrilled with tracking software

    I work in investigations and use this item a lot from different manufacturers. Although the product is great, it has extreme limitations with the software that is used to track at 30 second intervals. It is hard to know where someone has gone unless you know the area they are in. Device: 5/5 Software: 0/5

    Tricky

    I guess the device works. The battery charges and lights flash. The instruction sheet is useless. A waste of money without a way to remotely track where it is.
