Logitech always builds a very good product. This one is refurbished and looks and acts like brand new. This is a basic remote but controls a lot of devices. I use it on my deck to control 4 devices. So, I replaced 4 remotes, which I would have to carry out to my deck each day. Now, it's only one remote to carry. Much easier. One of the replaced reomotes is for an Ott Box media device. This remote is not in Logitech's database, but is easy to program into the 350. No problems. The only drawback is the lack of backlit buttons. Not a big deal for me. For the price, you can't beat this remote. I highly recommend.

At first, I had issues getting the computer to recognize the remote; however afterward I was able to program it. The Harmony 350 is really relatively easy to work. This is a decent alternative to any remote substitution. The remote will accommodate up to eight devices and the complete range of (infrared) devices. So far, I have programmed the remote to work with my TiVo bolt, Vizio sound bar, and Spectre television. I’ve had few issues with the remote, for instance as I mentioned above it took me some tries to get the computer to recognize the remote - there is no app available for this model. Also, I had to fix some commands for the TiVo functionality. One thing is that I have to click on AVR button to use the volume feature and click on Cable button to use the TiVo. Overall, the the Remote control serves as an impressive usefulness in its area.Read full review

I have a 650 too and these remotes are great. This one is for our guest room with a tv, Roku, Xbox 360, and a sounder. It works on all of them. I miss the many dedicated Function buttons of my 650. This one turns on the tv and everything you programed into that sequence, but then you need to hunt and peck to get over to the Roku or the Xbox. But it was cheaper than a 650 and does what I need it to do... declutter my guest room's remote situation. I had 3 and now I have 1.

I bought this to eliminate four different controls in my bedroom. With the Harmony, I can now control my TV, audio amplifier, and cable box with one control. The Harmony also allows me to add functions, from a list, or by learning from another remote. This is the only control that had listings for all of my appliances and that allowed me to check that before buying with an online compatibility app. The control is sleek, it works perfectly and tech support is online and instantly available. I am sold!

Harmony 350 is a very good remote .... simple product to use for low level use... able to change from tv, audio, to dvd with ease... it of course has some issues... if you get out of sync with the watch tv button... it may take a few clicks to turn off the tv and the satellite receiver... IE: one unit on, one unit off, one unit on, one unit off after several clicks it will turn them both off. Set up is quite simple online.... as long as u have the model number of your device.... IMHO, this remote is NOT for a user who has a home theater or A/V unit wanting to combine remotes .... the functions are just not there ... so stick to your A/V remote and just enjoy the swap of remotes if u go that way... Harmony 350 does not have all the buttons/bells for all the A/V selections you can have... I do love it for the simplicity that you can push a button and watch tv, push a button and it switches to dvd and it selects the correct input .... great for the kids and the elderly its my HOPRead full review
