i needed a flatscreen LCD TV. i knew LG is a good brand but was not aware if LG32LD450 would suit my needs. previous owner used it for 6months so it was still practically new. good value for money, excellent picture quality. great features
ACTUALLY, IT WAS WHAT MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER WANTED. HER EYE SIGHT IS NOT WHAT IT WAS AND THIS LARGER TYPE OF TELEVISION HAS MADE VIEWING SO MUCH EASIER. IT IS ALSO MUCH MORE PRACTICAL THAN THE HEAVIER OLD STYLE OF TVs BECAUSE THIS WIDE SCREEN CAN BE TURNED IN ANY DIRECTION WITHOUT ANY FUSS. MY MOTHER LOVES HER NEW WIDE SCREEN TV AND WE ARE THINKING OF BUYING ONE FOR OURSELVES ONEDAY. THIS PURCHASE WAS A WISE MOVE AND WE HAVE MADE AN OLD LADY VERY HAPPY. THANKYOU. KIND REGARDS
This television was bought for my 80 year old parents, it has proven to be a great success and much more importantly easy to use, with clear and understandable instructions.
This is a really nice looking tv, but it does have its draw backs, the motion blur is quiet bad when in a fast scene but not so bad its not viewable, also the picture quality is ok. If your looking for a superb and crisp picture, then this is not for you. I have yet to test this on a console or pc but my hopes are high for it. The overall look of the tv is great and has alot of good features, like the auto tuner, a little bit slow but it works a treat and there are loads of connections. My overall rating is average. I paid £195.00 for a very good looking tv and an ok picture. The saying is almost true, you get what you pay for.
My old cathode ray tube TV was dying and I was finally being swithched to a digiat signal so I decided to buy a new TV with Freeview built in. The LG seemed good value and a 32 inch wide view screen was easily big enough for my lounge. Delivery was very quick and the TV was easily installed. The picture required adjustment (far too much contrast as received)but otherwise was far sharper and brighter than what it replaced - despite only being fed from an SD freesat box. I look forward to viewing HD from freeview. Overall very pleased with the purchase. N.B. I have now installed a HD freesat box and the picture is great - much sharper than with the old SD box - even on SD channels
