Bought through e-bay, only paid £39.99 plus £3.50 postage, was as new and came with all the bits in its original box. Fantastic little camera, with all the functions needed in a compact. Easy to use though you need to by a memory card as it does not come supplied, works very well, super pictures and long battery life, the shutter looks the only weak point as I would imagine it would be easy to jam up if it came into contact with sand on the beach for instance, though most compacts appear similar, I would suggest buying a carry case to keep it protected when out and about. I just used it for a relations wedding pics and it was great as it fitted easily into my pocket, its not much bigger than my samsung galaxy ace phone. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smart small compact camera, especialy if you can find one priced like I did through e-bay (average shop price (£99)Read full review
Wonderful little camera - compact yet full of features - crystal clear pictures and the anti shake feature is fantastic...just cannot get the picture to blur. love the zoom, and easy menus, really excellent picture quality and colour.
I haven't used it much yet but it is a great compact size which easily fits in a handbag or pocket. It isa good replacement for one that I lost.

This is my 2nd Coolpix S3100 my first one died after many years service. They are light and fit into the pocket very easily they take good photo's if you need a new battery they are not expensive. What's not to like.
