    Excellent therapeutic spray, great for sore muscles and joints

    I've used the Biofreeze gel for years. The spray is more convenient and it can get to more places. It can be used upside down for spraying your back and the chemical reaction is STRONG, far stronger than the gel (not unless I slathered on the gel 2 or 3 times). I actually get cold as it gets icy hot, so a little goes a long way. I use it daily after workouts and for chronic neck pain.

    Get Some Relief

    Biofreeze tempoorarily helps relieve lower back pain. It does add dome heat to your body. Its helpful for limited relief from sciatica pain and nagging pain from a herniated L4 disc. It's good when used in addition to a back brace and physical therapy. It works similar to a medicated patch and easy to apply. But don't expect any major miracles.

    Lightweight with great features

    Since I take my Biofreeze gel with me in my purse and when traveling I love the new sealed cap to reassure me it won't get on other items. This is a great lightweight pain reliever. It doesn't take too much gel to rub in to the achy places and gives immediate relief. Best of all it doesn't stain fabric.

    Great product- Great value

    LOVE this product. I've used the roll-on version for years but needed someone around to apply it on my back This solves the issue because I can do it by myself & still get the same great results. If you have aches & pains but don't like to take pills, try this product....you'll be glad you did.

    Wonderful product!

    I love this product! I use it all the time. It helps relieve pain everywhere; backs/les/shoulder/neck. A little bit goes a long way. I use it in the morning and before bed when I have aches and pains. I always recommend it! My doctor says its completly safe and even pregnant women can use it. It makes my aches and pains go away! This is the cheapest I found it for. Its 5 more dollars at walmart. I will definatly buy again!
