The Item is Excellent - BUT came 4 days late because the Seller DID NOT ship by USPS First Class as described included in the price, BUT independently decided to send it by UPS GROUND to probably save on shipping costs.
This is a “Bate & Switch” Technique that is not acceptable for eBay Sellers !
I didn’t provide Negative Feedback only because the Shaver is a Very Good Performing Item.
I did notify the Seller of this Issue, but he ignored it, & even downgraded the shipping level on my 2nd Order.
