It had signs of use that are only present from extended use, gunk and mouse pad fibers along the edge of the skates. The only accessory it came with was the USB adapter. It was also in packaging for a different mouse. I relayed that information along with pictures and received a full refund with instructions to not send the item back, with no hassle.
