Shipped quickly and arrived in good condition, but very disappointed in the toaster. Purchased to replace another Cuisinart toaster which gave good service for many years, but this one is cheap and does not have a proper 'bagel' setting which we use often. Bagel setting on this toaster just means more heat time, not elimination of heat from one side as is really needed.
