It's small enough to fit, and it's a sealed marine type amplifier. Is it 250W at 4 ohms? Absolutely not. It's probably 75W RMS true and 125 peak at 4 ohms. In other words, it's enough for applications where you want a smaller sub. You may be looking for a little more on a power hungry sub like a JL12W3, but for smaller or more efficient subs, it'll get it done at a good price. I'm just a tad underwhelmed (I expected less than rated, but not quite this much less than rated), but I'm satisfied. It's a new marine sub amp with LPF and HPF built in and it's the size of four baseballs or so for 75 bucks. I might try something else if this one gives it up, or maybe i'll just test the sub on one of my bigger amps to see if it makes any difference, then get this one again.

I’m really impressed with these little things. I now own 6 of them in 4 vehicles. Tiny, run cool and hit every note. It’s not a concert amp. Haven’t had one issue in 2 years, the newest ones came with a bass knob. That was my only original complaint

Super power for the size and money, I headed to buy a couple more.

Amp sounded great while lasted.. malfunctioning after 2 days, went out after 4. Would of been great sound if it stayed alive
