recently I began to work in home health care.I needed to find a numbers of homes in large area. The gps is a great help after updating the maps (which cost me another 40.00 dollars). The unit itself is fairly easy to use and to see. Overall, a good buy after updating maps. Price wise about the same as if I went to the store a bought a new one.
This is the 4th TomTom GPS I have had. 2 were stolen, 1 was dropped by an employee, and now this one. All were TomTom's from the earliest version to the 335S XL which I currently have. This unit has easy intuitive navigation of features, is accurate on addresses (most of the time) and has some cool automatic features like switching from day to night color scheme as it gets darker. calculating ETA based on my speed, totally adjustable preferences, responsive touch screen, and the entire interface is comfortable and easy to operate.
Great GPS and easy to use, however with all the features keep or download the manual and remember to update it using your computer. Roads are changing all the time; one time it wanted to take me on a one-way the wrong way, just had to make a trip around the block. This one I bought for my daughter.
When I got the GPS, it was on Walk mode and I don't know how to change it to drive mode. I've tried the settings, but nothing seems to work.

Got a good one this time. When buying a used GPS occassionally you can buy one that no longer can be updated. "Bad GPS Reception".
