Seller is just acting as a middle man, up-charging for items he's going to order at other retailers and have shipped to you. My order came from Home Depot, a violation of eBay terms of service. Literally anything this person has for sale can be purchased cheaper at the retailer he will order from. They'll use that nonsense "Bluecare express" to hide the actual tracking. Avoid!
