Love this bike but the I do have problems with the seat and battery for starters the battery doesn’t last nearly as long as it is described but does get you a pretty far distance but the seat always falls backwards because the corks don’t stay tight but I do love this bike a lot but would love it a lot more if this was fixed

purchase with seller went very badly. returned the $600 bike and got refunded $36. Seller return label does not work (usps) because its overweight and oversized for. usps max is 70lbs. package is 85lbs. if you are east coast, cheapest return is over $400.
seller was NOT helpful on return process. lots messages- little results.
finally, bike quality is not as high was i would have liked. cheap plastic fenders, for example.
so if you want to buy, verify that they will give you a working return.

Seller answered questions best they could with normal delays in conversations. The description was acurate. The item was prepared and picked up by shipper in good time & tracking was provided. Fed ex did good job keeping me informed as it made its way West to Midwest to my porch. The power-station is the Z brand. It would behoove you read the manual available online before operating the unit and getting butt hurt when it does not magically do what you want. It only has a few odd translations.
