After extensive testing, this RAM is defective. I swapped-out and replaced the RAM with my original RAM. No issues. Ran TechTools Deluxe on the new RAM and it never completed the scan without crashing. What’s odd is it boots just fine and shows the full 1GB in Apple System Profiler; however, after roughly 10 minutes of use the OS crashes.
