Yes, photos showed damaged tractor and the piece that was broken! Sellar was very hard to work with. I even had to remind him about My refund. I especially was disappointed that I couldn't use this item for a Xmas present . The communication with seller was poor. Not sure if I would use this seller again. He didn't even apologize or even seemed to care either way!
