The package arrived fast and was well packaged. The pads ate fine for the money....on the smaller side. I had a large, I'm a fairly small (size uk 8) woman, they fit fine.....however the helmet isn't included, in the price, there was an error in the listing. The shop replied to my query about this immediately and offered me a partial refund, or a full return. And an apology. I realise mistakes happen, and was happy with their response.
