Hello! Thank you for this incredible product & service. The microwave arrived mid day on the date predicted. [Want you to know there was a slight indent on the narrow panel by the control but cannot see any breakage of the panel or the finish. One of the inside protective sidepanels was in pieces. The package itself was left on my mountain driveway closer to the road than to my cabin. Glad I was home waiting for the delivery.] Will you convey my appreciation and a Happy July 4 Weekend! ;)

This was a really good buy. I had already bought another smaller, less powerful microwave for almost $20 more! But I decided to look for a larger one, and found this one. I couldn't believe the price! But it was true, and turned out to be a great buy. One of the corners of the packaging box was significantly torn up and had been heavily taped up, so I immediately thought this microwave had been used and returned. But, when I unboxed it, it was clearly new. Works great. Shipping was satisfactory.

The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it.
I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.
