1) I’ve been shopping for a kitchenaid stand mixer for awhile and this one was perfectly priced for gently used, photos and description matched and were appropriately descriptive

3) Shipping was prompt, tracking sent quickly, this was a large, heavy, bulky item and they wrapped it well. It arrived with the speed lever bent, due to the shipper (FedEx, I’m looking at you!) but was easily bent straight and operational.

Incredible value. Good shipping + communication. Box was chewed up pretty good like the description said and there’s one very minor visual defect on the bar that I could probably snap back into place if I really tried. But functionally it’s perfect and in mint condition. Absolutely no difference versus buying brand new. Very glad I went this route and saved some $$$
