Handy piece of equipment!!
Easy to use, colors are always bright, if document is thinner paper, be sure to use a document holder. Once in awhile, it will act like it doesn't want to scan. Unplug it and start over. Make sure all plugs are connected correctly.

This is the most amazing scanner!! I don't know how I lived without it!! You simply put in the documents, and it holds MULTIPLE documents, push one button, and it quickly scans them. You designate where they go on your computer, and it instantly it's done. My business cards are now all in my address book program, I can find them by keyword or name. All my bills are scanned and the originals trashed. NO more files of paperwork, if I need a hard copy, I just print it. My office is uncluttered. I'm so impressed with this product! It works fast. It's easy to use. Whatever the media, business cards, letters, photos, they're scanned perfectly. There is a carrier sheet for items that are too wrinkled or whatever to go through scanner. I don't know why anyone would be disappointed in ... This is the most amazing scanner!! I don't know how I lived without it!! The sheet fed concept that allows multiple document scanning is so great! I can't think of any reason a person wouldn't be thrilled with this product!

Amazing tool for going paperless
Works faster than I thought it would...quality of the scan is amazing and the design is a great addition to my desktop. I have scanned 800 pages of articles (each file is about 8-15 pages) since I got it yesterday...it takes more time to type the name of files than scanning them! I am very satisfied with this purchase. Just one comment: The included adobe professional 8 software does seem to have compatibility issues with snow leopard and crashes before the app is open! I need to figure out a way to modify some pages that were inserted into the docs in a horizontal direction due to large and hard to interpret charts! Not a big deal, but it seems odd since Adobe is in Adobe Pro X release!!! Maybe that's the only version available for a low price!Works faster than I thought it would...quality of the scan is amazing and the design is a great addition to my desktop. The best for organizing and OCR editing printed books and pages for a Mac
This scanner is the best for quick and several pages scanning and is very easily to operate. The scanned PDF's allow OCR to be able to listen to text or edit. The software also allows compression to maintain file size but still be able to recognize the characters during the scan. If you need a scanner to organize larger quantities of paperwork or be able to use editing/listening of printed text, this printer is the ideal for Mac users. The scanner comes with a translucent sheet for extremely thin or delicate pages that you are worried may be damaged. I have had this scanned destroy some of my very small thin pieces of pages, such as receipts. The only quirks are that it does not support TIFF and the OCR does not work for pages scanned upside down. For the latter, that means you have to ...
