The TCL Roku 43' TV is perfect for both gaming and watching TV. I never had a 4k resolution on my computer before and oooooh boy! It makes a huge difference! You can see every small detail! Although, I will say, is to adjust your screen according to your preferences as each of the screen modes aren't the same between computer and streaming services. For an affordable price for this TV, it was totally worth the price tag!

The price was great…the rest was not. Shipped in just a bag, Figure was described as “new and ready for retail” but the packaging for the figure was sub par with a giant inventory label that read “package repair testing” over the main logo on the box. I was offered a 25% refund ($2) to keep it (which I accepted) or a full refund to return it.
I will say my experience with customer service was positive and they were quick to respond and offer and issue the partial refund.
