iPod Suffle 4ht gen - a perfect size and great buy and
This is the BEST iPod Shuffle's of the series. It is very small and has a long battery life. I use it to play audiobooks when I walk / hike. Of course you can load it up with music too. This one is a 'backup' to one I've had for many years. If my original shuffle gets broken or stolen (life happens), then I won't have any down time. My order arrived on time and I thought the price is very good. There are other devices of similar size but I can't vouch for their quality. It actually works, they have a shelf life on average of 5 years before the battery can no longer hold a charge on its own I use it to go to the gym and the longest I keep it turned is 90 minutes

They don't quit, still going after 10 years
My old one performed flawlessly for 10 years, using several times weekly at the gym including the sauna. Thought it was toast after I dropped it from a storage bag, but a new charger dongle restored it to full operation. Now I have two. Battery life is a couple months when using several hours a week, voice warning tells you well ahead. Replacement 4th gen unit was identical and appeared brand new, though sold as used. Headphones make the difference in sound quality, try them out before buying. I get better sound from an old cell phone phone set than some newer models. Love the lightweight feature, just clip it on my shirt collar and insert the phones in ears. No bulky phone to manage or expensive air buds to charge. Good sound quality, needs iTunes to load
I bought the iPod shuffle as a replacement for my old one which stopped working due to problems with the earphone jack. I did not realize that Apple Music won’t load music on an iPod and I had no easy way to load it. Fortunately my son had a laptop that still had iTunes and that worked. So be sure that you have a way to use iTunes if you are getting an iPod. The sound quality is much better than my old one.I bought the iPod shuffle as a replacement for my old one which stopped working due to problems with the earphone jack.
