Good knife, a little on the heavy side, but that's what I like about it. When I go to work it goes with me. Easy clip on, I like the grips and how it feels in the hand. Also a has a good sharp edge. Hope I never have to use the glass breaker or seatbelt cutter, but it's good to know I have it if needed.

Beware MY third purchase of these knives! The First knife has a normal Thumb flip That worked Fine and the pocket clip was Good and Tight - But all the Knives Purchased After the First knife, ARE DIFFERENT. they Thumb flip is Too Large and the clip is Loose and falls off the Pocket...the thumb flip catches onto arm sleeves, stuff snags on it, So it self opens, causing cutting danger. Beware.
