First the luggage I received was not new. The wheels were worn and dirty, as were the small luggage supports on the side. The inside of the luggage was in disarray as well. I purchased this item without doing my research. Afterwards, I saw photos from two other purchasers of huge dents on the corners of the luggage after use. There was another who also complained of the item being used instead of new. Also this item is > 62 linear inches. To return it cost more than the price paid. Sad ending.
