My suitcases arrived intact and as described. I was surprised at how thin the outer skin was, but I am thankful they weren't too heavy for me to lift while empty. The instructions on how to change the combination lock took a while to find. They are inside of the little zippered pouch inside of the luggage. I have not used them for travel yet, but I am pleased with my purchase regardless. The spinner wheels worked fine so far. That of course may change after I use them when traveling by air.

All 3 suitcases were in excellent condition. I tried all the zippers as a saw a review that said they had issues with theirs. All worked fine. I was going to hold off on my review until I actually used them but in two months I’ll take them on an overseas trip so we’ll see what happens. The look is sleek and they feel structurally sound without being heavy. Purchase price was great but got an even sweeter deal with the 20% off promotion!
